How much more picturesque can you get than an island in Maine? Well, not much really! Eric and Amber had their wedding on Burnt Island, located off the coast of Port Clyde, and it couldn't have been a much more beautiful day. It was a scenic 40 minute ride to the island on the bride's grandfather's lobster boat. As we approached, the house that has been a big part of her life growing up came into view as well as the brilliantly devised ceremony plans. Their ceremony time was planned around the tides, allowing them to have it on a sandbar which connected two islands. As you can see from the photos below, by the time we finished with the bridal party formals, there were only a few feet left between Amber and the ocean! After the festivities, we spent some time taking the last portraits of the day around sunset, finally ending with some epic silhouettes before the boat ride back to the mainland! It was great spending time wandering around the island with these two, and I hope you enjoy the memories captured here! Thanks for coming!
