TurnKey Vacation Rentals, was founded in 2012 by a team of travel industry professionals. It is now one of the largest, full-service property management companies in the United States and markets and manages premier vacation rentals in some of the country’s most desirable locations. Their goal is to provide a consistent, high-end hotel experience while retaining the unique benefits and authenticity of a vacation rental home. The company is dedicated to setting exceptional standards for vacation rental stays by providing the most affordable and convenient rental experience to both homeowners and their guests. Those who attended the After Hours, enjoyed a food truck, delicious beverages, fantastic door prizes as well as an opportunity to tour the Coal Shack and Buddy's Barrel House vacation rentals, owned by Don and Liana Kingsbury and managed by Turnkey. Since opening an office in Boothbay Harbor in May of 2016, Turnkey has hired 9 employees and now manages over 70 homes!

The vacation properties and Turnkey office seen in this blog post are just a short walk to the scenic Boothbay Harbor waterfront!
Keep an eye out for Bethany's food truck "Fishin' Ships" if you're looking for some good eats! They were catering the event for the evening and offered some great seafood. I tried "The OG" and the "Daily Croquette" as pictured below. The first being a classic(and well done) fish and chips, and the second a fish cake with bacon, potato, and herbs. You can usually find them at Rising Tide in Portland, and I highly reccomend you track them down!
Eventide Epicurean Specialties provided the wine, canapes, and sweet treats
The second rental you can find in this building is "The Coal Shack". This was recognized by Down East Magazine as the best vacation rental in Maine, as voted on by its readers.
