One thing that this couple was clear about was not wanting too many cheesy engagement photos, which hopefully we were successful with here haha! I may have pushed that boundary from time to time, but thankfully I’m not particularly known for over the top posing. I had a really fun time wandering around this gorgeous location with Scott and Claire, where they will be married in October! Migis Lodge is a place held dear to Claire’s heart, since she grew up visiting here with her family every summer. The upcoming wedding is sure to add to an already vast collection of fond memories and I can’t wait to be back here again soon to document their big day!
Not entirely sure what was happening in this moment, but I’m glad I captured it! haha
The layout and grounds at Migis Lodge are among the more unique I have seen. There are these quaint little cabins nestled all along the pathway, which winds its way along the shores of Sebago Lake. While everything is in close proximity, it’s also quite private.
If I haven’t already mentioned these paths enough, I love them! To finished up the session, I ran to grab a light for a slightly different look to use here and to capture a slice of sunset on the docks!
