All of my Point Lookout couples have been graced with the most insanely beautiful days up on the summit, and it was no different for Chris and Lauren! These two originally met at a concert after Chris’s friends bailed on him, but it obviously all worked out for the best! I had the pleasure of meeting Chris and Lauren last year during their engagement session and have been looking forward to capturing their wedding day ever since. Spirits were high among everyone as I arrived, excited for the party ahead! The girls were full of laughter while practicing some dance moves, and the guys were just relaxing and having a drink. This whole day was full of laughter, emotion, and love… everything needed for a perfect day! I enjoyed going back through the photos while putting together this post and hope that you enjoy it all as well!

Lauren was gifted a sweet new set of kicks by her nephew, which were perfect to slip into for the dancing later!
These first looks were one of my favorite parts of the day, from the bridesmaids, to her dad, and finally with Chris. Plenty of excitement and emotion to go around!
Not only did we have amazing weather for the wedding party formals, but we had all the time in the world! Earlier in the day the girls had wanted to do some more serious formal poses so with the extra pre-ceremony time, I set up some lights and we captured some awesome Downton Abbey style portraits!
With the formalities complete, it was time to PARTY - and party they did! Tons of awesome dancing, a little choreographed number by the girls, and finishing up with a “vest party” by the guys. You’ll see… ;)
