What a beautiful spot right in the heart of Augusta to have a wedding! Amy and Doug chose this historic mansion as the location for their big day, surrounded by a small group of close friends and family. While their original plans may have altered (like most this year), Doug put together a solid network to live stream their ceremony for others to enjoy! It was a beautiful afternoon at The Governor Hill Mansion and everyone did such a wonderful and thoughtful job putting together and helping with their special day. There were so many great little details, and mom was even putting on the finishing touches to the cake as I arrived! I hope you enjoy this peek into Doug and Amy’s wedding day!

The mansion has an amazing amount of beautiful photo opportunities inside! We snuck this shot in before the ceremony as they waited for things to begin.

One thing I love to try and do is capture photos of the bride or groom watching the other dance with their parent. I always find that sweet to see!
