Wow, what a crazy/beautiful day of weather we had for Mike and Audrey's wedding at Caswell Farm! Everyone experienced quite the weather spectrum, from pouring rain to sunny skies, and all throughout a short period of time. Thankfully, the weather added a romantic touch to the day as you can see from the soft rain falling in many of the photos. While this could put a damper on many couple's vision for their perfect wedding day, it didn't seem to phase these two, who were excited for the awesome day ahead full of laughter, kiddos, and hanging out! We had such a blast spending the day with Mike and Audrey and I'm excited for you to experience the fun times through our eyes. I had to cut so many photos from this post so everything would load in a reasonable amount of time, but there is a BOATLOAD more in the full gallery. If it isn't obvious, Audrey was quite excited for the day!
Along with her bouquet, Audrey also made her own jewelry, including the earrings above the night before!!!
Just in time for the first look, the skies opened up in quite the torrential downpour! After a few minutes of waiting, things calmed to just a light rain - we grabbed the umbrellas, and headed out!
This is the moment they realized that Mike had forgotten to put on his belt!
Audrey handmade this impressive work of art into her bouquet!
Mr. grumpy pants wasn't super interested in being a part of the wedding party photos haha!
After dodging the rain for some of the wedding party photos, they decided to move forward with the outdoor ceremony. This ended up being a perfect decision as the weather fizzled from an elegant rain down to nothing over the course of the ceremony!
Kiddos don't mind a little rain!
The days food would be some fresh, delicous, fire baked pizza provided by "Pizza By Fire". MMMM fresh pizza!!!
Once everyone had a helping of pizza, it was time for the toasts. Audrey's maid of honor had a particularly epic, re-written version of the Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air rap. It was a riot, and well received by all, bravo!
Look at that! From pouring rain to blue skies in the short matter of a couple hours! Now everyone could really have a great time spread out on the vast property. Adults were talking, and kids were happily running around, playing all sorts of games. This was one of the aspects Mike and Audrey were looking forward to and(from what I could tell) everyone had an amazing time!
Another fond memory of the day for me had to be Mike and Audrey's interations with each other. Plenty of laughs and dancing between photo takes, haha!
After lots of dancing, it was time for a few end of the night portraits!
